On November 20, Mi Shuhua, Vice President and Member of Party Leadership Group of China Guodian Corporation conducted an investigation in China Longyuan Power, accompanied by Huang Qun, Secretary of Party Leadership Group, and Fei Zhi, Vice President of China Longyuan Power.
At the investigation symposium, Mi listened to the report on the implementation of 2013 Investment Plan and the arrangement of 2014 Investment Plan, and also had a detailed understanding of China Longyuan Power’s wind power project construction. Huang Qun made a comprehensive report on the performance of China Longyuan Power’s investment plan in the first 10 months of this year, the conditions of projects that have been put into production and investment achievement, project progress and 2014 Production Plan.
After listening to the report, Mi indicated that China Longyuan Power is undoubtedly the main force of the Group Corporation in wind power development. The project investment and construction achievement have a great impact on the Group Corporation’s wind power business. He hoped that China Longyuan Power will insist on transformation strategy, strengthen and optimize the main business, and promote sound and fast development of wind power industry in strict accordance with the general requirements of “Five Articles”. As for the work of the next stage, Mi made three requests as follows: first, earnestly implement the spirit of the mid-year planning and controlling meeting, conduct strict planning and management, ensure that project construction and actual project amount are consistent with the planning, manage to “keep production as a priority, basically meet completion, continuously optimize subsequent construction and appropriately arrange commencement. Second, China Longyuan Power should make advanced plans, prioritize the three-year progressive development, investment and construction plans, and improve the guiding function of planning work with a view to long construction period of wind power projects, quick changes of construction conditions, etc.”. Third, China Longyuan Power should make persistent efforts to consolidate the leading position in domestic wind power industry, further deepen the preliminary work, actively develop scientific decisions, spare no effort to communicate, practically make project construction plan, and strive to expand project production scale.
The relevant department heads of China Guodian Corporation and China Longyuan Power participated in the investigation.
